Perdie Pagoda began long before it had a name.
It started with two sisters who were, in many ways, mirrors of each other. We shared the same instincts, the same curiosities, and the same desire to understand how life unfolds around us.
Like many teenage girls in the 90s, we collected magazine clippings and taped them to mirrors, binders, and bedroom walls. We didn’t know it then, but we were creating the earliest versions of vision boards. Words gave us direction. Images gave us possibility. Even at that age, we were intuitively practicing what it meant to imagine ourselves into something more.
A Practice That Deepened Over Time
Our real study began later, during seasons when we needed clarity, healing, or reassurance.
Louise Hay introduced us to affirmations in a way that felt grounding. Her teachings became a lifeline during times when we needed to steady our minds and strengthen our hearts.
Then came The Secret, which gave mainstream language to ideas we had always carried but never fully articulated. It didn’t answer everything, but it opened a door.
From there, Abraham-Hicks expanded our understanding of the principles of the Law of Attraction, including alignment, emotion, and momentum. Those teachings were, and still are, part of our daily conversations. We compare notes. We refine our thinking. And in true sister fashion, we gently point out when one of us is out of alignment.
Curiosity Meets Science
As our curiosity deepened, we found ourselves drawn to the science behind manifesting. Quantum physics gave shape to concepts that challenged the status quo and offered explanations of how focused intentions become reality.
Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work challenged us even further. His explanations were complex, sometimes stretching our minds to the limit, but profoundly meaningful. We study his teachings to this day, learning more each time we revisit them.
Manifestation, we’ve discovered, is both an art and a science. Part intuition, part Universal Law.
We are not masters. We are dedicated students who love the process of learning, applying, and growing.
The Role of Clarity
Through all of it, one theme kept returning: clarity. The moment you define what you want, everything begins to move.
For us, clarity has always come visually and in written form. Creating vision boards helped us focus our energy and organize our intentions. They became tools for designing our next chapters with purpose.
The Birth of Perdie Pagoda
Perdie Pagoda began with a simple desire: a place we could return to every day to stay connected to what we were learning and becoming.
We wanted a visual home for our studies, our reminders, our insights, and the words that inspired us. Over time, it became a living repository for our affirmations, phrases, mantras, and reflections; a space where our own inspired visions were not only imagined, but revisited and refined.
What started as a personal practice became something we wanted to share.
Perdie Pagoda exists to make manifesting approachable, thoughtful, and visually inspiring. These tools are designed to support clarity, deepen focus, help intention move from idea into reality and ultimately create a life of joy.
