Because our products are delivered digitally and made available immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All Perdie Pagoda products are instant digital downloads. Once a purchase is completed and the files are delivered, we are unable to offer:

Returns
Exchanges
Cancellations
Refunds

This policy applies to all digital items, including but not limited to:

Vision board imagery, word, phrase and affirmation bundles
Visual libraries
Templates
Downloadable PDF's or Canva files

ACCESS ISSUES OR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

If you experience any issues with:

Downloading your files
Accessing your purchase
File errors or delivery problems

Our goal is to ensure you receive the product as described and can access it without difficulty.

UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES

Refunds will not be issued for:

Accidental purchases
Failure to read the product description
Change of mind after download
